P90X Ab Ripper X… TWO? Omg Tony!

That’s literally what I said out loud yesterday when I came across this video preview for Tony’s latest One on One workout (aka P90X MC2 – Learn more)

I’m literally just now wrapping up week 4 in phase II of P90X Classic and at this point I am finally able to finish Ab Ripper X at nearly 100%. I’ve started added more intensity to increase results and have been feeling pretty damn good about it. Read the rest of this entry

So you’re showing up and putting in your time with P90X. Come on now, it’s 6-days a week with only 1 day to rest; basically, this is no joke! But there is something you may very well be neglecting which will hurt if not KILL your results and that’s exactly what I am about to blow the lid off of!
